PENITENTIAL SERVICE
-- The Lenten Penitential Service will take place this Tuesday (11th April) at 7.30pm. With the opportunity for individual confession.
-- Extra confession times: tonight 6pm; Mon & Wed 10:00 am; Sat 3 pm
-- Examination Of Conscience and How To Go To Confession blue leaflets are available from the wall leaflet holder near the Church exit.
GOOD FRIDAY is a Day of Fasting and Abstinence from meat
-- Children’s workshop 10am – 12 noon for Reception age to Year Six
-- ECUMENICAL PROCESSION Starts at St Gabriel’s 1:00 for 1:30 pm. Any singers or players of loud instruments please make themselves known to Fr Hugh at 1:00 pm. Stewards to St Andrews presbytery for 12:30 pm. Our parish will be illustrating The Washing of the Feet. Other local churches will be illustrating other key aspects of the Paschal Mystery.
At the Easter Vigil MASS (Sat 8:30p.m.) two parishioners will be baptized and Confirmed and four other young parishioners will be Confirmed.
ALTAR SERVERS List in sacristy shows serving teams for Easter Sunday as per normal. Please cross your name off if you can’t come or add your name if you’d like to.
